Conditions of Hire

Bookings can be confirmed by paying a $500 non transferable and non refundable deposit by either cheque or direct deposit. The remaining balance plus bond is required 6 weeks prior to occupancy.

  • Check in is at 2pm and check out is at 10am.
  • The number of persons at any one time must not exceed 12.
  • No smoking inside the house.
  • The person responsible for the hire of the house must present a copy of a current drivers licence.
  • A Terms and Conditions Agreement of Hire contract will need to be signed, dated and returned prior to occupancy.
  • No pets, firearms, fireworks, chainsaws, candles or trail bikes are permitted.
  • No campfires during the fire danger season.
  • The owner reserves the right to terminate your stay upon complaints from local residents.



A $1000 bond is payable 6 weeks prior to occupancy. This will be refunded within 10 working days of your vacancy. Additional fees may apply for extra cleaning if the premises are not left in a neat and tidy condition. Damage and loss will be charged for at cost. Insurance claims will be made at the sole discretion of the owner.



Where cancellations occur and we are unable to re-book for that period, we reserve the right to refund at our discretion.

Once the contract of occupancy has been received you are entitled to a deposit refund for not more than 3 days if you are unhappy with any of the terms imposed in the contract. After this time deposits are non transferable and non refundable.

Any cancellations occurring 6 to 4 weeks prior to occupancy will result in 50% of the balance being forfeited. Cancellations within 28 days of occupancy will result the entire balance being forfeited. In the event of cancellation any bond money paid will be fully refunded.
